An impressive English draper’s workbench from the late part of the 19th Century. This would have once been used in a drapery or outfitter’s store to lay out fabric for cutting. In original condition with three drawers, an oak wood top and pine base, the turned legs are supported by side stretchers and a central stretcher. Original metal cup handles to the drawers. A desirable bench height, making it suitable for use as a kitchen island bench, whilst providing a nice open feel.
